Frequently asked questions
- Match the doorbell video signal same with indoor monitor.
e.g : 600TVL~1000TVL doorbell, the monitor set CVBS signal. - mode 720P doorbell, the monitor set 720P signal mode. 1080P doorbell, the monitor set 1080P signal mode.
- If use the exit button function, the indoor monitor when standby state must have 5V power supply.
- In standby mode enter master password (default master password is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. Double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 4 and # button to enter into wireless unlock key deleting mode.One long beep sound will be heard. Enter 99 and press # button to delete all RFID keys.
About WIFI Connection
- Please note the wifi video intercom system not mean it's don't need any cable. The monitor support WIFI network,but the indoor monitor and doorbell is Wired connect.
- The doorbell and camera can be extended with RVV4/Cat5/Cat6/RG59 wire, Network cables. The maximum distance can exceed 300ft.
- The indoor monitor and doorbell wired connections, works stably. You don't need to worry about the network signal anymore.
